Katelyn excels in attracting and retaining top talent across diverse industries. A proud IUPUI graduate and U.S. Marine Corps veteran, she is committed to fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the company in achieving success.

Talent Acquisition Lead- Based in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Joined GenTech in July 2024
What I Do at GenTech:
I’m responsible for leading the recruiting efforts for our internal team. This includes building job post, outreach to candidates, initial phone screens, and guiding candidates through the interview process. I enjoy working with candidates throughout each stage of the process and helping make their career transitions as seamless as possible.
Before I Joined GenTech:
Before I joined GenTech, I spent the last 6 years in external agency recruiting. For 5 years, I worked in manufacturing recruiting helping hire a variety of skillsets for manufacturers all over the United States. I also worked in IT recruiting for a year. I am excited to be with GenTech where I have the opportunity to learn a new skillset and support our internal team on government projects. I’m proud to work for a service-disabled veteran-owned business and look forward to helping even more people achieve their career goals.
Things I Like Outside of Work:
Outside of work, I usually spend time being very active and constantly on the move with both my girlfriend and our dog. We love to go for walks, bike rides, or just spending time out in the back yard. I also enjoy spending time on the golf course during the warmer months and in the boxing gym during the colder months.
